Automatic milk Reception Unit

Automatic milk reception units, firstly take the milk from carrier tankers with the help of a pump, then makes filtering and get the surplus air and foam out from milk with a stainless steel buoy. This system helps flow meter to do its mission more effective and the milk amount, coming into the plant is weighed in the best way without any lost. The milk is ready to be processed any more after filtering and weighing. It can be pulled into processing line in which the milk will be used.

Automatic milk reception units make filtering with double filter by turn. Namely; when we shut down the first filter and clean it, we can go on filtering with second filter.
This automatic system stops working if the milk level in the unit  falls under  or rises over a determined level, the air and foam that is separated from milk are sent out from a hole on the upside of the unit  and milk gets ready to be weighed effectively.
Filtered and  de-Aerationed milk goes to digital flow meter and after weighing, the milk is sent to storage tank or process machine according to determined using.

Automatic CIP

Clean-in-Place (CIP) is a method of cleaning the interior surfaces of pipes, vessels, process equipment, filters and associated fittings, without disassembly. The CIP unit shall be required to efficiently clean all product handling equipment and interconnecting pipes and fittings to dairy standards. It shall be fully automated with programmable logic controllers, multiple tanks, sensors, valves, heat exchangers, data acquisition.

  1. CIP solution strength to be prepared in auto mode as per the sop or norms of dairy industry.
  2. CIP flow to be controlled in auto mode for proper turbulence in process lines/ equipment during CIP.
  3. Time bound recipe to insure the exact time involved in CIP, based on the return parameters.
  4. Time cycle counter have the check based on the return conductivity strength of solution as well as this also insure the water consumption in controlled manner.
  5. The temperature for CIP solutions at various stage is controlled by Automatic Steam control valve to ensure the temperature as required by recipe
